*July 2009 - March 2011: I was the lead developer who was part of establishing a small utilities team in Cisco which was providing extended support to the BIOS and BMC firmware. There are various sets of tools developed to quickly enable the customers.
I was part of the Enterprise Software Technology Division in Intel. My work involves developing server management applications for Digital Enterprise Group servers in various pre-boot as well as OS present environments. The work I do is mainly based on the IPMI and EFI standard and runs on Intel's XEON 32bit, EM64T as well as the Itanium based servers.
* January 2007 - July 2009: I was one of the main developer of the utilities used to update the BIOS and all the system firmware's present in the system. This includes knowledge of BIOS/Firmware interfaces and flash specifications. I am involved in planning, estimation, managing the application.

I was part of the engineering team for Smart Contact, Jabber and Open Source Reference Architecture projects in Hewlett Packard. I was one of the main developers for the Smart Contact project and was communicating with the level one support engineers who were working across the globe in customer sites to fix the issues raised for the Smart Contact product. The Jabber project was to port the Jabber instant messaging system from Linux to Windows OS. I have contributed a significant amount of time and was one of the main developers for the project.I was given a 'Recognition award' for completing the Jabber porting from Linux to windows in record time.
I was part of the engineering team for Server Management software, Webmail, VXML browser, Media encoder - Remote desktop and HTTP benchmarking projects. In server management project I was involved in developing two utilities which were compatible with IPMI and DMI standards. The Webmail was a maintenance project and the client was one of the leading web portal in India. I guided three college students for their successful accomplishment of curriculum project to create a VXML browser. I developed a HTTP server to provide the user inputs for the Media encoder- remote desktop projects.
